Sliding door repairs

Sliding doors fail in predictable ways. The rollers wear flat, the bottom track fills with grit and corrodes, and the door drops on its frame and starts grinding. Most of the time the fix is mechanical, not a full replacement.

Repair or replace? An honest answer

Most doors are worth repairing. Rollers, tracks, hinges, and alignment are cheap next to a new door and installation, and a properly adjusted door lasts years. Replacement only makes real sense when the door itself is rotted, delaminated, or the frame is shot. When you call, describe the problem or send a photo, and we will tell you straight which way the numbers point. We are not going to talk you into a replacement you do not need.
