A handyman is not an electrician, a plumber or a gas-fitter. If your job needs one of those tickets we'll say so and point you to a reliable local.
Outside our scope
Licensed electrical work (anything past plug-and-play). Licensed plumbing (pipe work, hot-water systems, gas). Structural carpentry that requires engineer sign-off. Roof work at height without safe access. Asbestos. We'll have a quick look, tell you what's actually needed, and refer you to someone who's licensed for it.
